My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

The property is part of our family home compound, but separate from our family house. It is the back part of our property facing the carigara bay which nestled the Biliran and Samar Islands. The shore are of mixture of pebbles and gray sand or gray sand alone. You will encounter fishermen catching fresh fish as the area are near a fish sanctuary. The seashore are home to different fish species and other seashells wherein locals can be seen catching them during afternoon.
