Casa Clemente is located in the area of Puig Sec in the beautiful Costa Brava village of L`Escala. The villa accommodation is all on one level set slightly above ground level accommodating a balcony. The dining area comfortably seats eight with more dining seating to the balcony. The one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The villa has views of mountains and sea glimpses and is situated on the outskirts of woodland on a no through road an ideal quiet area for children to play. The villa also has lovely well maintained gardens and a very large swimming pool. Car Hire is advised while staying at the villa due to the villa being situated on a picturesque hill side. The beach of Riells is located at about 20 to 30 mins walk. The beachfront has numerous bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are also located here. THE CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS STRICKLY FORBIDDED WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT IMPORTANT INFORMATION ANY payments made with CREDIT or DEBIT card which are subsequently cancelled are subject to a charge equal to the processing fee charged by the payment processing entity.
