THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

The Pearl of Cabo Pulmo

This casita is upstairs with a view of the Sea of Cortez. It's a small studio apartment with a full kitchen and bath. An almost-private beach is a short walk away. All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The Pearl has air conditioning that can run up to 10-12 hours per day in the summer. The Pearl is the third bedroom on the property, but is fully independent from the Jewel of Cabo Pulmo and the Garden Casita. Family groups are welcome to inquire about renting all three.

Casa Dos Palmas with A/C

One bedroom house with king bed and two roll-away beds available upon request -for a fee-, insert # of guests for rates. There is an electric coffee maker, large refrigerator and all basic necessities in the kitchen. Enjoy sunrises from the view deck and unwind in the rocking chairs. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Night rate is for 2 guests. Only one A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be on for a maximum of 16 hours per day.

We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. This place is a true gem. 5 markets and food places all around. WE suggest a car as distances can be far at time. But to explore Cabo it’s better by car. NO PARKING space inside the property,but street parking it’s allow and safe.
