Our home is located on a historic Colchester Farmhouse that was originally built in 1900. Completely remodeled for your comfort!

Lakes End on Lake Iroquois in Hinesburg VT. Gorgeous views of the lake from the deck. Located 50 feet from shore with steps leading to water. Cute kitchen with fridge, oven, refrigerator. Counter space for meals. Large living room. Master bedroom with queen bed, bunks beds. Deck & Grill 40 ft of lake frontage, private dock. Paddle kayaks, hike trails from property. The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Family-friendly activities include Leddy Park and Ethan Allen Park. Downtown Burlington is a short trip away, and the property is conveniently located on the bus line for easy access to the area.
