The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Situated along the White River lies this cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom Cotter vacation rental! With its fully equipped kitchen, furnished patio with river views, and close proximity to local attractions, this home offers something for everyone. Spend your days trying to reel a big one fresh out of the White River or perfecting your swing at Twin Lakes Golf Course. Then, fire up the grill and enjoy a meal on the patio with your loved ones before cozying up with your fur pal and watching movies.

This charming guest house is just a block off of the Square-- you can walk to the farmer's market, the Lyric Theatre, and several boutiques. Be sure to enjoy a meal at one of the wonderful local restaurants as well! You'll be located about 30 minutes from Branson and the Buffalo River, and Eureka Springs is about 45 minutes. We adore our town, and hope you'll enjoy your visit with us. This rental is our guest house, so we'll be right next door if you need anything during your stay.

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.

A Peaceful Place to Getaway

Veteran owned, remodeled loft with a real cabin feel. Great place in the country where you can unplug, relax, and enjoy sitting around a firepit. We offer oatmeal & granola bars for your essential breakfast. Close to lots of shopping, fishing, and hiking. Only 10 min from Tex-Plex you can bring your own ATV, we have parking for 2 trailers. We even have inflatable kayaks you can rent and take to Bull Shoals just 10 minutes from here! Shooting range is also available upon request.
