This historic estate built in 1741 is steeped in history. Once called home by Charles F. Warwick, Philadelphia's mayor (circa 1895), it has had many purposes over the years. Please note that after few incidents, the fire place is not usable If you would like same day reservation, please submit a request and I’ll do my best to get you in ASAP. This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. If you need anything during your stay we will be more than happy to help, just let’s know.

The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

Located on a historic, tree lined street in the artistic river town of Lambertville, the Union Street Retreat is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring. Short walk to restaurants and coffee shops, the towpath, groceries, 10 min walk to Bridge Street and New Hope bridge. Please note: this is SECOND floor unit of a duplex in a historic set of row homes built in the late 1800s, with a somewhat narrow flight of stairs up to the unit. Ideal for 4 adults but can sleep up to 6.
