Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. Please note the angled wall. The self-contained, air-conditioned studio comes with free wifi, private access & onsite parking. Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sofa & TV. Milk & light snacks will be provided in the small kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, jug, tea & coffee.

There is a charge of $20.00 a night for children older than 6 months, a free porta-cot (including mattress and bedding) is available on request. Our Airbnb is a small self-contained guest house away from the main family home. It has its own ensuite bathroom, sun deck, TV, free WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge and microwave. It overlooks the rolling hills of Waikato and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your own deck. It is located in the rural area of Pokeno south of Auckland. It’s conveniently close to SH1 and SH2, but far enough to not hear any traffic.

Private studio with spectacular views. Hosts house on same property so readily available, self catering but meals available by arrangement. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning

Downstairs apartment consisting of large bedroom and lounge, separate bathroom & shower and small kitchenette. Private entrance and parking on the property out of view. We supply milk, juice and bread for breakfast. Short walk to park and public transport. 2km from Pukekohe town centre. Please note, you will be able to hear us walk upstairs, however, we do endeavour to be as quiet as possible when we have guests.

The Onion Shed - comfortable and convenient.

In a previous life this B&B was a shed for sorting & drying onions. This old onion shed has been fully renovated into a beautiful, relaxing studio for two. From your room you have unspoilt rural views of the market gardens. There is a 100yr old oak tree in front of your cottage where you can relax. We offer a continental breakfast which includes toast and cereal with homemade jams and fresh fruit from the orchards.
