Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. Please note the angled wall. The self-contained, air-conditioned studio comes with free wifi, private access & onsite parking. Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sofa & TV. Kia ora and welcome to Chaparral Sunset. Your hosts Lyn and Keith welcome you into their rural fully self-contained accommodation. Our cosy guest house has Sky TV, wireless internet, a guest BBQ and well equipped kitchen. Babies under 6 months are free. There is a charge of $20.00 a night for children older than 6 months, a free porta-cot (including mattress and bedding) is available on request. Service animals are welcome, we do appreciate guests letting us know.

In a previous life this B&B was a shed for sorting & drying onions. This old onion shed has been fully renovated into a beautiful, relaxing studio for two. From your room you have unspoilt rural views of the market gardens. There is a 100yr old oak tree in front of your cottage where you can relax. We offer a continental breakfast which includes toast and cereal with homemade jams and fresh fruit from the orchards.
