The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Granary Beehive Cottage - Rural Retreat

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN A RURAL Area (and access is down NARROW LANES ,The Granary is an self contained apartment above an old barn which has been lovingly renovated to a high standard , it is a romantic county side escape perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside as this is in a working farm you may experience some noise tractors ,cocks crowing ,geese ,some farm machinery repairs in the day,sheep,cows,dogs.and low flying helicopters ,and the odd military jet .

The Haven: Charming 3-Bed Village Home nr Dartmoor

A beautifully restored 19th-century home with a private garden, blending period charm with modern comfort. Set in a peaceful and picturesque village, just a (very) short walk to two pubs and perfectly placed for Dartmoor and the South Devon coast. We are less than 2 miles to Shilstone House, the very popular wedding venue, which is just over the hill. Elegant, spacious, and designed for relaxed, memorable stays, whether as a family, a couple or a group of friends, with/without a dog!

Beautiful 1-bedroom studio within a walled garden.

The garden studio is a small, self-contained annex on the ground floor of my home. It is hidden away in a courtyard just off the main street. It has convenient shops including an organic store, a small co-op supermarket as well as cafés, pubs, and takeaways. The garden studio has a double futon bed with superior mattress with en-suite shower room with a small kitchen area a washing machine and central heating. A small outside patio eating/sitting area within a lovely south facing garden.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The Hayloft - Boutique self-contained studio barn

The Hayloft is a unique space, a Tudor barn renovated in understated, luxurious style. A perfect bolt hole for two, well situated on the edge of Dartmoor, within easy walking distance of the charming town of Ashburton.
