My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! Get away for a restful stay at this scenic hidden gem of Vernon County. Timber Coulee Creek, a Class 1 trout stream, ripples right through the backyard. You will enjoy watching deer and turkey as they amble through the property. Bald eagles soar overhead and fish jump in the stream. Listen to the gurgle of the water flowing over the rocks and the music of the birds. Try your hand at fly fishing. Sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, watch the flames dance and the stars come out.

The Granary Guesthouse @ Harvest Home Farm

Harvest Home Farm is located at the end of a dead end road nestled in a valley, just 4 miles northeast of Whitehall, Wisconsin, in beautiful Trempealeau County. The 160 acre farm has a long term focus on raising grass fed sheep and poultry. We also have a produce garden, a berry patch, and an apple orchard. The farm has 80 acres of mixed hardwoods and softwoods and an abundance of wildlife as well as a network of walking trails.
