The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Perfectly located right on the beach yet in the heart of Broadstairs, this ground floor flat is in the historic 'Eagle House', named after the French Eagle Standard captured in the Battle of Waterloo. It is comfortably but stylishly furnished with mid-century vintage pieces and original artworks by local artists; enjoy a morning coffee on the sunny patio before stepping through the secret beach gate onto the golden sands of Viking Bay. Note there is no sea view from this apartment.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

We can add a hob or clothes rack for longer stays as well as a small desk ideal for remote working with strong wifi. Plenty of free street parking and if needed a space on the drive

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.
