Eventide Cottage, Grade II Listed, Near Harbour

Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

The Quarterberth has a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, radiators and underfloor heating (bathrooms and hallway). A few steps from the seawall and all the pubs, cafes and restaurants Brixham has to offer. The South West Coastal path is directly in front of the house and we welcome small dogs. Secure free parking for one car is available 500 metres away. Various boat trips and cliff walks on the doorstep.

WiFi, fridge, microwave, Nespresso and TV in the main room. Whilst there is no lounge the main bedroom has plenty of room to gather plus all rooms open on to a common area. Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.
