This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry on the main floor and a beautiful open-concept style living space and kitchen on the upper level. The upstairs living space feature walls of large windows creating a bright space, as well as a cozy corner fireplace.
