ATV and Snowmobile trails allow you to ride straight from the parking lot in front of the front door. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a locking door and includes a king-size bed and full closet. Full bathroom, kitchen, dining area and sofa couch complete this ideal sanctuary away from the heat.

It has a private entrance and in reality you only share the property not living quarters. There is a queen sized bed, a roll away and a pullout chair. You have complete control over your HVAC system. Set in downtown Cedar City, you will be immersed in all the action this Utah town has in store with restaurants and groceries within walking distance. This upper-level rental has a charming historic feel and has cable and high-speed internet. There is no elevator to access this upper-level.

It is also a short drive to St. George.
