We call this place "The Shed". It is part of a commercial building that we have transformed into a comfortable & cozy getaway! The name of the game is convenience! We are right on snowmobile trail, close to bike trails, close to fishing & boating on the lake, close to golf, shopping, lots of restaurants & all of the wedding venues! There is room to park your sleds, boats or trailers! Spend the day enjoying all that Crosslake has to offer then come home to cozy up to a nice warm fireplace!

Peaceful second floor retreat for two on Gull Lake

Spacious 1 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment on Gull Lake for 2 people only (not set up for infants or babies). One queen size bed and one parking space. No pets. Private entrance with keyless lock. Access to sand beach, 2 kayaks. Amenities include chair lift, air conditioning, washer, dryer, galley kitchen and all appliances, walk-in shower, queen bed, wi-fi, tv with basic cable. We now use Airbnb's new one total price model. The rate shown includes our same base rate PLUS Airbnb's booking fees.

A dock, beach, and firepit are nearby, and golf courses are just a short drive away. A get away for 4 people!

This home will not disappoint as we take great pride in cleanliness and that cozy "at home" feeling. It is in the center of it all! C-I snowmobile/bike trail is directly next to the unit and main street is less than 1 mile away. The rally center is 0.5 miles and the galloping goose trail is 4 blocks. Studio on Sixth St. is an economy stay and walking distance to the heart of downtown Brainerd. The studio is in a house with 3 other units. The studio has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another 2-bedroom Airbnb upstairs (Two Bedroom on Sixth). The backyard has one available space for guests to park. * Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road.
