Whether you want to arrive back, have a hot tub or campfire and indulge in the comfort of our cottage after a day of sightseeing, or simply wish to stay put and have a family/friend vacation with a supply of paddle-boards, kayaks, canoe and paddle boat, you have truly found the right place to relax, recharge and enjoy all that Muskoka has to offer in all 4 seasons!

Fire up the BBQ on the front patio or toast marshmallows by the river at your new waterside oasis. ☃️❄️ From ice skating trails, winter fests and tubing to dog sledding, snowshoeing and sleigh rides — winter at the cottage is exciting, tranquil and beautiful. The footpath right next to the property leads to Bracebridge Falls, Kelvin Grove Park and all the shops on Main St. within 2 minutes. Escape to small town Bracebridge with access to all that Muskoka has to offer only a short stroll, canoe or car ride away.

Woodland Muskoka Tiny House

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny house. This 600 sq ft home is nestled amongst 10 acres of towering trees, granite rock and trails to explore. The tiny home will not feel so tiny once inside. With high ceilings, plenty of windows, and surprisingly spacious rooms - it is the perfect hideaway for those wanting to unplug in Muskoka. The three season, screened in porch invites you to enjoy your coffee (or wine!) in nature without being bothered by the mosquitos!

As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!

Cottage on the Muskoka River

The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.
