This cosy studio apartment is on the first floor of a charming town-house in the medieval 'Centro Storico' of Bosa, on the west coast of Sardinia. It's centrally located, conveniently close to bars, restaurants, shops, pretty riverside walks and Bosa Marina with its award-winning beach. The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. The property features a private garden with a swimming pool and an enchanting courtyard with an outdoor dining table

The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
