Crown Lodges are located in the Heart of the Rossendale valley- Crawshawbooth. There are three lodges in total all situated around a 140sq/m lodge with breath taking views, it is the perfect escape to the country. The site is brand new and was built by owner and host Sam through the covid-19 pandemic 2018-2021 with his keen eye for building, the site is loved and adored by many of the locals and has proved a massive hit so far. Beechwood nook located to the left hand side of our site features the most privacy of the three cabins on its own stretch of pathway. Enjoy beautiful nights in your hot tub from this natural beauty spot, our lodges have something for everyone and we believe they are all-in luxury. They feature luxury kitchens, luxury bathrooms, log burners, free standing bath upstairs next to your bedroom area and everyones favourite a 2mx2m hot tub. Tip from us-Be ready with drinks in the hot tub for when it goes dark, the site lights up like something you see when your abroad and looks incredible, you can see our site from the other side of the valley which we think looks amazing. Crown Lodges is situated on a public footpath which has miles and miles of walking, for all of you that enjoy a stroll. We recommend downloading the walking app Komoot and downloading the local pack which is priced as much as a small coffee, this is like google maps for walking enthusiasts. For local things to do, I think we are up there with the best. Our local town Rawtenstall has undergone major development in the last couple of years and is getting better and better all the time. We have Rawtenstall market which has been taken over and turned into a food heaven. Once a month it has 'foodie Friday' and is packed with local stalls selling street food and deserts. Then we have Avuccirea, fire pit, La Turka, Tiger lounge and GemNi just to name a few. All providing excellent quality of food and drinks. We have a variety of bars, pubs and cafes too, far too many to mention. We are also 40mins on the x43 bus to Manchester City centre and the bus stop is within 15mins walk from our site (big hill back up not for the faint hearted). We also have the very last temperance bar in the country Mr Fitzpatrick's established in 1899 which recently featured on the hairy bikers, this is 100% worth a visit. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway but still close to exciting things to do, this brand new development is your number one hot spot for 2021. Once you come you will not want to leave, from experience our site looks so incredibly different every season. We have fantastic summers and snowy winters. One thing to note: Upstairs in the Beechwood nook cabin is restricted head height, so if your very tall you may want to pick one of the other lodges. If this doesn't bother you then its a cosy little space upstairs. The rest of the Lodge is 2.3m head height so its just the upstairs that's restricted.

THE FERNY HOOLET chalet with hot tub & fishery.

The Ferny Hoolet is a stunning chalet that embraces nature & is full of character. It is a wildlife oasis where you can regularly see kingfishers, woodpeckers and hear ferny hoolets from your balcony. When you are not chilling in the hot tub, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the indoor space, which has a wonderful, relaxing feel-good atmosphere. We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Great views over a large lake where you can feed the swans and ducks. The spacious lounge has a pool table, table tennis table, table football and toy selection for younger kids. A family house with 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, 2 large TVs and 14 seater dining table. The property is connected to a shared 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.

Located 15 miles from Manchester city centre. Simply step outside onto a private deck, where you’ll find your own bubbling hot tub.

Luxury Cottage with Hot Tub at Claughton Hall

The Gardeners Cottage with hot tub at Claughton Hall hopes to provide guests with a comfortable and cosy home from home experience. This luxury cottage offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. The detached property is set within the heart of the Claughton Hall Estate and positioned immediately next door to Claughton Hall. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a 12minute walk, at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site and occasional visits from a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have 2 cockerels and they can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.

Swan Lodge Lake Side Cabin

Relax with stunning lake views at the foot of pendle hill. enjoy a drink on the lake side patio or spend the day fishing in one of 3 lakes. spend time with friends and family playing games or reading the books provided, watch a film on the 50in tv, enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen with free coffee machine. snuggle in bed after a shower with Egyptian cotton towels and bedding. go for walks and vist great places to eat.

Ginger Hut, Lancaster

Our wooden cabin is tucked within Patty’s Barn, a family-run coastal retreat on the Morecambe Bay coast near Lancaster. Walk straight onto the coastal path from your door and enjoy wide open views and sunsets. The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests and features a cosy open-plan living space with a fire. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are fully equipped and located just a few steps away (around 10 seconds).
