Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Luxurious water house (100m2) with a large garden offering lots of privacy. On open waters. Shed for bicycles. Parking for 2 cars and space on the side of the houseboat for a boat with a maximum height of 1.7m. use of 4 x1 pers and 1 x 4 pers canoes in consultation. towel packages can be ordered for a fee. The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Onze nieuw uitgeruste zelfvoorzienende houseboat is gebouwd in 2020. Met ruim 18 m2 woonoppervlakte ideaal voor 3 personen. De houseboat beschikt nagenoeg over alle voorzieningen zoals u thuis gewend bent. Uw Ligging De houseboat ligt verankerd in de jachthaven/camping de Drijfveer in Akkrum in het hart van Friesland. Gelegen op een prachtige en rustige zichtlocatie en op kleine (loop)afstand van diverse faciliteiten en activiteiten in en nabij het pitoreske Akkrum!

Unieke watervilla nabij Eernewoude

Een unieke watervilla met een zeer luxueuze uitstraling. Onze watervilla ligt naast de jachthaven van Warten nabij het prachtige natuurgebied de Alde Feanen. Een prachtig deel van Friesland, met fraaie zonsondergangen. Rond dit gebied zijn vele fietsroutes te vinden, waaronder de bekende pontjesroute. De parkeerplaats bij de watervilla beschikt over een laadpaal. Op het arkenpark zijn maximaal 2 voertuigen toegestaan

Houseboat Blanche ligt samen met haar zusterschip Maron in een rustige jachthaven gelegen aan het Lauwersmeer. Met privacy, vrij uitzicht over de haven en van alle gemakken voorzien. Blanche en Maron zijn nieuwe boten met alle luxe van thuis. Nationaal park Lauwersmeer staat ook bekend als een " Dark sky gebied" doordat er weinig omgevingslicht is kunt u de sterren prachtig zien!."
