Escape to a lovingly reimagined modern A-frame home on the Burley Lagoon beachfront. Hot tub in a wooded sanctuary or wander down to your private beach and enjoy the clear waters filled with marine life. Kayak along the protected waters of the lagoon or adventure to Henderson Bay. The half-acre property has ample opportunities for play and exploration. The orchards and ponds offer a mix of manicured and wild landscapes. Keep an eye out for the bald eagles and other birds diving for fish nearby.

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.

A charming studio on a 40 acre, forested estate. A 5 minute walk through woodland trails to our pristine, private Puget Sound beach, or drive 2 min to the lighthouse beach at Pt. Robinson Park. This fully furnished, light-filled studio sleeps 2 in a comfy queen bed, has a wood stove (wood provided), a full kitchen, bath with shower, picnic area and propane barbecue. Horses graze outside your window; wildlife abounds. Pets welcome with $45/1 or $60/2 fee. A non-smoking property.

Enjoy a nice getaway in this charming cottage at Lake Tapps while taking in the view from Mount Rainier. Enjoy the benefits of a lake front house and relax by the water or go paddleboarding or kayaking all day and then relax on your own private sandy beach in the evening or a nice hot steam sauna. This home is also only an hour away from Crystal Mountain, making it an ideal home base for your skiing trip! After a day in the slopes, come back and enjoy the hot sauna.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
