The Boat Shed

This can be your quiet getaway at the duck farm as you relax in the Boat Shed beside the pond. You will have the entire house to yourself complete with kitchen, living space, bedroom, full bath with shower. There is a loft on each end of the tiny house best suited for children and teens. The front porch faces the pond with four acres & ducks. Canoes are available fully equipped with life jackets and paddles. Swimming is allowed with adult supervision, including a rope swing and zip line.

Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is close to Lake Moultrie & the Cooper River. It’s also very close to popular wedding venues: Somerset Point, Pineland Village, & Old Santee Canal Park. Moncks Corner Recreational Complex, where many tournaments are hosted, is also about 3 miles away. Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

Welcome to The Brown Trailer in Pinopolis. It's a peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom older trailer that’s been well taken care of, sleeps up to 9 (7 in beds) with views of a pasture, use of a large backyard, and parking. Bring your boat as lake accesses to Moultrie start a 1/4 mile away with Cooper River accesses near by. Somerset, Wampee, Pineland Place, 108 W Main, Santee Canal as well as MC Regional Complex are minutes away, Summerville is 20’, and Downtown Chas is 45’. Come enjoy!

Welcome to life on the lake! Newly renovated, this cozy stay is sure to make fond memories with family & dear friends. Thoughtfully prepared w/ stylish lake decor inside & out, we plan to have you visit year after year! Fish from the dock in the backyard, explore the canal on paddle boards, enjoy a sunset dinner on the water or easily drive an hour to visit historical downtown Charleston for a day trip. Enjoy your stay at this immaculately designed new build Villa. Located on a family property surrounded by 2 acres of trees, in a quiet rural neighborhood. Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from Charleston and various coastal attractions. The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis on the water. This home offers a private boat ramp, with 40' dock to tie off multiple boats, kayaks,canoe, paddle board, log & gas fire pits, corn hole boards, hot tub, beautiful 12x28 covered porch to enjoy the water and listen to the birds, swimming for the kiddoes, and plenty of yard space for entertainment and barbecue's for the entire family and friends to enjoy. Inside is beautiful & very accommodating.
