"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

A short drive takes you to Goodwood, Arundel, miles of South Downs Way walking and various beaches. We offer a self catering kitchenette with light airy living space. A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Two bedroom self-catering apartment in Arundel

The Lodge is a Self-catering 2 double bedroom apartment accommodating one to four adults. It has it's own separate entrance, self check-in lockbox and free off-road parking spaces. We do have cats on the premises but not allowed in the lodge. We do not accommodate pets or children. Cosy but spacious accommodation within walking distance of Arundel Castle. If you would like an earlier checkin you must book the night before. Otherwise checkin is at 3pm

One Bedroom Annex - Goring-by-Sea

Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is currently set-up as a Super King Bed, however we have the option of 2 single beds instead, please message us directly when booking to request
