2 bedroom beachfront apartment

Lovely suite with its own 3 piece bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Has its own deck, barbecue and entranceway overlooking the sandy shores of Georgian Bay. Steps to go swimming, kayaking or a sunset stroll. Parking available. No pets. Between June 30th - September 1st the apartment can only be rented by the week (check in & check out on Saturdays only). Outside of these dates, we are happy to host visitors with a minimum 1 night stay, check in/out any day of the week.

Looking for a great family getaway? Rivergrass condo is in the heart of Blue Mountain and only 5 minutes walk to the village. The condo features 2 bedrooms (one king and two queen beds), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and dining room. Shuttle buses to the village, a year round community hot tub and outdoor pool (seasonal only) are additional amenities to enjoy during your stay. Our cleaners are extensively disinfecting and sanitizing between each booking.

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

SerraVista - Outdoor Pool / Walk to Village

Relax at SerraVista Lodge in the beautiful Rivergrass community adjacent to Blue Mountain. This unit features stunning views of both the Monterra Golf Course and the Ski Hills. The unit is within a 5-7 minute walk to the heart of Blue Mountain Village and Monterra Golf Course. The Rivergrass Community offers a free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village, an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months, and a year round hot tub for guests to use during your stay.
