Every inch has been thoughtfully designed to allow our guests to feel the enveloping majestic nature of the surrounding forest. Upon arrival, a golf cart awaits for your journey through the woods, to the upper landing of the raised boardwalk crossing over a seasonal creek bringing you to The Studio.

The Stonehouse Cabin is the first of our boutique lodgings on our beautiful property in Trinidad, CA! The currently reduced rates reflect our possible presence and intermittent construction on site as we continue to build our vision. This cozy little cabin is a perfect peaceful retreat to unplug and relax. Wild family of deer and other wildlife visit regularly. The Hot Tub sits in a gorgeous and totally private meadow, surrounded by the redwood forest. The location is conveniently located 15 minutes from Arcata or Eureka. Hike the redwoods, shopping in a Victorian Old Town, dine on local seasonal delicacies like Salmon and crab. Pick up necessities at Three-Corners Market, about a 5 minute drive.

Sylvan Harbor Cabin 1

Built in the 1940s, Cabin 1 has been modestly updated but maintains a rustic, rough-around-the-edges feel. There is a large redwood tree growing next to it that pushes the cabin up, giving it a slight slant. There are some other eccentricities, such as the cabin bedrooms have curtain closures. It has all the essentials for an extended stay. It is cozy, clean and functional providing a nice, quiet base for relaxing and enjoying the local beauty.

Popeye's Cottage in the Redwoods

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.
