Nista Boutique Rooms consists of four comfortable yet stylish rooms situated right in the heart of Birkdale village. The village is a tree lined road in an affluent part of Merseyside which has an assortment of wine bars, pavement cafes, pubs and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is the world famous Royal Birkdale golf course. One of seven top class courses in the local vicinity. Please note the all rooms are provided on a room only basis. Breakfast is chargeable at a 25% discount.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

It is also close to Blackpool and the Lake District is within an hour’s drive.

Only a 10 minute drive from Southport with all its facilities and there are several golf courses within easy reach. The big selling point at our location are the horses to three sides of the property. To the front, countryside looking out over the Moss and with far reaching views all the way to the hills of Chipping and beyond.
