Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten und dabei flaniert man durch den Mirabellgarten oder über den Makartplatz vorbei am Landestheater und den ältesten und traditionellsten Kaffeehäusern.

Mit einem eigenen Balkon hast du die Möglichkeit, das herrliche Bergpanorama zu genießen und der Massagesessel im Wohnzimmer läd zum Entspannen ein! Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.
