Thompson Cabin- Lake Front

Come stay at our newly remodeled family lake cabin located on Cain Lake. Extra love was put into this place as it has been passed down the generations. Open concept from the kitchen to the dining room into the living room overlooking the lake. Extra family room perfect for game night. Venture outside to the large deck surrounded by bliss. Take it all in down at the large dock with views of the rest of the lake. This cabin is not perfect but is dear to our heart so please treat it like your own.

It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. This Dairy Barn built in 1912 is completely remolded, beautiful wood work with stair access to the top 1000 sq.ft. floor loft. Drive around the back where parking is provided next to stair entrance. Full kitchen and bathroom, one queen bed, one fold out Futon couch, gas heat stand alone fireplace. Very private. Self check in.

From the house you might see ducks, herons, geese, kingfishers, eagles, otters, turkeys, and deer among many other types of birds and beasts. A quick walk to the beach and you'll find plenty of skipping stones and an excellent panoramic view across the water.
