Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! We are close to the airport, 1.5 miles from the Riverwalk, and right in the middle of everything else exciting in San Antonio. Every morning we serve a small continental breakfast in the dining room. Mockingbird Suite - Inn on the Riverwalk

Mockingbird Suite is an attic room located above the Innkeeper/ owner's residence. The suite is Private, Quiet and Comfortable If you want peace and quiet - then this is the room for you! **No Views of the Riverwalk** - but with a french door private entrance, it's one of our largest rooms making it a great getaway. Private bathroom with a stand-up shower, King size bed, an additional twin bed and a private balcony.

The Senior Queen Room

Homey and a large private upstairs bedroom with a Queen-sized bed with an overhead ceiling fan, and a plasma TV. The home has high-speed Wi-Fi for your use. The upstairs rooms have their own heat and A/C. Easy check-in - just ring the doorbell. We provide coffee and fruit for breakfast if you desire, and a full kitchen for your use. We have plenty of street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

Riverwalk King Room with private entrance and pool

This room is located on the first floor of the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District. The Oge House is right on the Riverwalk. This room has its own private entrance, so there is no need to enter any shared space to enter and exit the room. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa directly across the street at our Carriage House.

Yellow Rose Penthouse - Inn on the Riverwalk

Yellow Rose Penthouse Suite is located inside the Main House and occupies the entire 3rd floor! This suite has a King size bed with a private bathroom with a large Jacuzzi spa tub and two balconies both overlooking the Riverwalk and both having absolutely amazing views of the downtown skyline.

Cypress Room at the Comal Inn

Cypress Room is a private one-room cottage with king bed, soft cotton sheets, ceiling fan, wood floors, and a full size sofa/sleeper. Private bathroom has tile floor, sink, toilet, tub/shower/jacuzzi tub. Private entrance off of a private porch.
