The OsWaldorf Hotel

Comfy, oddball studio that preserves the pre-gentrified bohemian feeling of Troy circa 2005. Lovingly constructed by mysterious artisan Oswaldo who stayed in November 2005 and then disappeared, leaving this gem as part of his local legacy. In the heart of downtown Troy, two doors from TAKK house, sharing the alley with Peck's, blocks from Saturday farmers market, walking distance from RPI. This unit is private but the large kitchen and laundry (green floor) is occasionally accessed by hosts.

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Come rest up in our private, cozy, and eclectic 3rd floor apartment. Our 1908 Colonial style home is located on Union St in Schenectady. I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has full sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized futon in the living room. One parking spot for guests. You'll enjoy a private 1 bedroom apartment including a full size bed in the bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, full kitchen, bathroom and bonus work space or dining room. Off street parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. My home is a quick 5 min walk to Emma Willard School, 1.5 miles to RPI, and 2 miles to Russell Sage College. We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
