Farm Stay - Working livestock farm

Come stay in our apartment connected to the barn on our active working farm. We are located 3 miles from the state capitol building in Montpelier, but you would never know it up here. You can cross country ski, snowshoe, hike, or bike out your front door, and we are located within 45 min. from Sugarbush, Stowe, Mad River Glen, & Bolton Valley. You can also check out the local beer & spirits scene, or just relax at the farm. Guests are always welcome to tour the grounds and see the animals.

Nearby walking trails, swimming holes, mountain biking, gravel biking out the door, and cross-country ski areas nearby. Fire pit with wood provided.

Enjoy a stay at this stylish experience at this centrally-located place! Three separate rooms. Large Bathroom and Kitchen and Bedroom/Living Room. The full size bed has a trundle underneath to pull out a twin size bed. The shades and curtains in the bedroom are blockout shades to keep out the lights of the night. Lots of off street parking and separate private entrance. You will be on the first floor apartment. There is an apt above the studio that is also rented to Air B and B travelers!

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

We are located in the hills of central VT, close to good hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Off a quiet dirt road set up in the mountains, The Nest Studio is a bright and cozy space. Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Secure bike storage and bike wash are present on the property

This first floor private room is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The first floor room has its own entrance from your patio and includes a bathroom - additional features are a kitchenette-esque table setup including a microwave and a toaster oven, an infra-red sauna and an outdoor grill.
