Le Petit Comte Bergerac an Oasis of Calm

Le Petit Comte is situated in the beautiful Dordogne, a 15 mins drive (11 km) from Bergerac Airport and approx 1 hour drive from Bordeaux. The beautiful, historic old city of Bergerac is 10 mins by car with its many shops bars and restaurants all on the Dordogne river. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.

Petite maison de 20 m2 , en pleine campagne. Restaurée avec soin, elle comprend un séjour équipé d'un canapé lit 2 places, d'une kitchenette et d'une salle de bain chaleureuse type chalet. Elle dispose d'un poêle à bois. Elle profite d'un espace ombragé équipé d'un barbecue et d'un salon de jardin et d'un espace qui s'ouvre sur un large paysage de campagne. Un ruisseau longeant la praire, des chemins de randonnées et le village médiéval à proximité invitent à la balade .

Appartement en centre ville de Bergerac , les Commerces sont accessibles à pieds . Situés à côté des berges de Dordogne, pour les amoureux de vélo et/ou de randonnée, il est situé à coté de la voie verte qui longe la Dordogne. Le logement dispose de deux chambres avec des lits doubles. Il est possible, dans une des chambres, de profiter d'un matelas 90/180cm pour un enfant supplémentaire.
