You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Stay in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom, one-bath 700 sq. foot furnished guest house called The Patriot on D in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You will be just minutes on foot (shorter on bicycle) to the Downtown Square, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Home Office, bike trails, and local breweries and restaurants.
