The New House

This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or hot tub in the back yard of this safe neighborhood. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome

Main home and bungalow are fully furnished with 1 king and 1 queen bed in main house, and 2 twins and a full futon in the bungalow. This has been our family home since the 1960's. It is nothing fancy but if you are looking for clean and comfortable, we try our best!! It is 1 mile from Longville, 40 miles to Pine River, 30 miles to Walker, and only minutes away from many lakes and trails. *we are currently in the process of working on some much needed repairs to the deck, siding, and such so please keep in mind it may be in some degree of repair if you book through the summer of 2025*

Newly renovated lakefront home on three levels. Pine paneling throughout. Almost 1,600 square feet to relax and enjoy life at the lake. One bedroom and bath on lower level. Main level consists of living room overlooking the lake, kitchen and dining area. Top floor is the master bedroom and bath. It has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Kitchen has the typical appliances: refrigerator, stove, 2 microwaves, and a dishwasher.

Northwoods A-Frame Cabin Near Itasca State Park

Welcome to Northwoods A-Frame. As you enter the A-Frame, you’ll notice natural light throughout the main level and loft. The main level has one bedroom and one full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The kitchen opens to the living space and there is a wood-burning stove for use in the colder months. The basement has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The upstairs loft has one bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom.
