We have often stood at the huge windows of this ground level space and watched mother deer with their fawns play in the yard. Small one bedroom/one bathroom apartment with open floor plan for living room and kitchen. You can hear the train when it comes through. Great for a couple. Nice covered porch area for relaxing. Basic set of pots, pans, dishes, cups, and utensils. We do not provide bedding or towels. There is one full bed. Covered parking. In between Martinsville, VA and Greensboro,NC. We do not provide bedding or towels.The heat/air must stay between 68 and 74 or you will be charged an extra $10 a day.

Please when booking with us keep inconsideration that this is an older country home 🏡 that we’ve fixed up alittle but not perfect, built in 1940’s. With that being said you can enjoy our small community from Belews Lake and Hanging Rock State Park 30 minutes away . We offer downtown shopping and tubing as well . Greensboro and Winston Salem are 30 minutes away. We have plenty of space for bringing your boats / jet skis for parking to our nearest belews Lake 14 minutes away

We are 5 minutes from both Novant and Atrium (Baptist) hospitals, 7 minutes from downtown Winston Salem and 10 minutes from Wake Forest University. The apartment is totally private, quiet and furnished to be comfortable for either a short or long term stay! Enjoy our safe, walkable neighborhood as well as easy and close access to the major highways.
