Welcome Home! A spacious colonial in the very quiet east side of Manchester NH. A Short 2 min drive to Route 93 close to airport (MHT) and downtown Manchester. The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

Our kitchenette is equipped with all the fixin, including a two-burner electric stove, full-size microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. This unit is Dog friendly.  As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property. NOTE: This cost-effective room has the potential for noise.
