Bedroom: Double bed, small wardrobe, hairdryer, iron&board. The kitchenette: sink, hob, micro/combi, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery. Breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, and milk are provided. Bathroom: shower, w/c, hand basin, shaver/toothbrush socket, towels, and hand soap.

It's 10 minutes walk into town, close to restaurants, public transport, shops, cinema with easy road access to Cambridge, Bedford and the A1. You’ll love my place because it's comfortable and quiet but still close to all amenities.

We are in the historic market town of St Neots on the River Great Ouse. Cosy one bedroom Coach House within walking distance of Grafham Water with off-street parking. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 2 (or 4)(king size bed or 2 single beds- advise on booking how you want the beds), en-suite shower room. Living room has sofa/sofa bed, TV (with Fire TV), dining table & chairs. Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

The Cabin has been insulated and walls have been soundproofed so noise inside is a minimum.
