The entire bin is yours, 2 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and your own deck to enjoy nature, outside, and have your own tiny house. Located next to a winery you can walk to. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.

Welcome to 508 cottage! There are many attractions within walking distance . Chief Standing Bear Trail, located less than one block away. We are also located just four blocks from down town. There you will find a variety of locally owned shops, a winery called Tall Tree Tastings, and a brewery called Stone Hollow . Homestead National Historical Park is a short six mile drive away. We also have another Airbnb located beside this property called The Wesley house.

The kitchen has all major appliances, dishes and many small appliances. You are welcome to use the town's nearby fitness facility. A washer and dryer is just a few steps away. The Bern Cafe serves lunch M-F and dinner on Sunday evening. Other services are just a 15 minute drive away.

This cottage is about 5 miles south of Lincoln, NE. It has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath on the main floor with 2 lofts that each have a single bed. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.
