The Pineapple Suite is less than a half mile to the closest beach access, a third of a mile to Lake Powell, and is also near 30A/Rosemary Beach (3 miles) Alys Beach (5 Miles). The Pineapple Suite is a cozy Bohemian-Style space that includes all of the necessary essentials to make each guest feel comfortable and at home while away. Little Blue cottage on the Bay in Panama City ⛱️. We are located next to the bay and our cozy little town of St Andrews Bay, where locals walk along the pier, shop and window shop in our little town, a peaceful experience after coming back from the busy Gulf side. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement. Our cottage is a 700 sq ft open plan with a king bed, described as the best sleeping mattress. Hosts are close by to help.

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located guest cottage studio. 10 min walk to the beach, just a few blocks away. 10-25 min drive to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, & 30a. This standalone studio cottage is all yours; parking, entrance, etc. Long driveway & safe neighborhood well suited if you are hauling a boat, trailer, jet ski, etc. Very quiet area.

Shop and grab a drink or bite in the historic downtown Panama City or St. Andrews area which is an easy 15 minute drive. Come and go as you please through a separate guest entrance that is close to assigned parking space. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the swimming pool. Cook a quick meal in the full kitchen or fire up the grill/smoker for some good eats. (no vaping or smoking inside)

This tiny, peaceful and renovated private Studio used to be my grandchildren play room. Today I would love to offer to a person or couple who are Beach lover like me. Just one mile to the Beach /Parking. Guest has own entrance, parking, a little patio and the assurance that you have a clean and safe place. My main rule is that guest make the Studio as yours with not pet and not smoke. Expecting that you enjoy and want to comeback!
