The cabin is situated on our multigenerational, operational farm. Experience rural life in depth. This unique stay provides endless opportunities for exploring and experiencing Mother Nature’s bounty at its best! Falling Springs falls, the Jackson River, The Homestead and The Greenbrier Resort are all nearby! Outdoor activities are available throughout the area: ample hiking trails, kayaking excursions, fishing, Lake Moomaw, the infamous natural, warm spring waters bubbling from the earth, etc.!

Historic Hot Springs Home steps to the Homestead

Step back in time at this 1920 historic home, part of the original properties near The Omni Homestead Resort. Just steps from the resort and downtown Hot Springs, this beautifully preserved home offers 2,337 square feet with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two sunrooms, and private backyard patio. Modern amenities blend seamlessly with its historic charm, including central heating and cooling. Relax in the landscaped yard or explore nearby restaurants, a brewery, and shops for a perfect getaway.

Ashwood Farmhouse

Welcome to the Ashwood House! A three-bedroom home located in Hot Springs, VA. The Ashwood house is a traditional four-square house built in the 1920s. It is made of brick and offers great insulation and naturally maintains a comfortable temperature. While the house isn't air-conditioned centrally, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the kitchen, plus a couple of strategically placed window units (May). The house does have central heat. Only 2 dogs permitted, must note on reservation.

Spectacular Mountain views

Enjoy the breathtaking scenery when you stay in this beautiful, brand new space. A transformed outbuilding has become a quaint guest cottage with all of the amenities of home. Full kitchen w/all cooking essentials, K-cup coffee machine, new appliances, granite counter tops, full bath w/private shower and a jacuzzi tub with mountain views. Cabin -Snowshoe / Marlinton / Greenbrier trail

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Very close to Snowshoe and blocks away from the Greenbrier Trail. Hot tub is on the porch which has a magnificent view. The entire property has beautiful energy. We are 22 miles away from snowshoe and it is an easy drive. Restaurant is open for dinner 7 days a week and a homemade breakfast is included. We provide shuttle service for bikers/hikers. Free Pizza with a minimum of 2-night stay starting in January/2025 - ask for details

Brent's Cabin

Enjoy our cozy and comfortable cabin situated on 20 private wooded acres near several trout streams, George Washington National Forest, Virginia Game Commission, hiking trails, and caves. Brent's Cabin sleeps four, including a double bed and two twin beds in the loft. For skiing we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from snowshoe and 30 minutes from The Homestead. For fishing we are 5 minutes away from the Bullpasture, 10 minutes from the Cowpasture, and 25 minutes from the Jackson River.

The warm welcoming environment allows you to be fully WiFi connected and a smart TV… Hike in the National Forest using the National Forest Access road. Bring a book & games. The patio is a great place to relax & enjoy nature. The closest grocery stores are in Churchville, Staunton or Lexington for our fully furnished kitchen. Day trip to the nearby historical towns nearby. No pets. No drones

Cowpasture River front cottage on a 350 acre farm.

Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house sleeps four looking over the Cowpasture River on a 350 acre working farm. Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.
