The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit. Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night!
