Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

One of the best fishing & swimming holes is directly out the front door! ~5 miles to downtown to catch talented folk musicians on the square, head up to the famous Blanchard Springs Caverns & Ozark-St. Francis Forest for hiking/biking, or to Big Flat, AR for our award-winning brewery.

Off-Grid High Noon Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Cabin in the woods

My studio cabin is located on 60 acres of woodland about 8 miles from Mountain View. My walking trails will take you to some beautiful rock formations and an occasional glimpse of the mountains. After that long walk you will have two comfy queen beds with great pillows! There is a couch, loveseat and a recliner, books, TV, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. DISH TV REMOTE- Press power button and then TV button to turn TV on. The remote for the DVD player is in top drawer under tv.

Little Red River Island Cabin

This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. Local amenities include country roads great for cycling, fresh air, and a few mosquitos (no extra charge for the mosquitos). Cabin now has WiFi!.

Main Street Hideaway

Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

Breathtaking Views from Dawn to Dusk

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
