The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

Pet-friendly, fenced-in yard, privacy fence, and entire downstairs. This space features a comfortable queen-size bed, a den area with a wood-burning fireplace, and a bar with many kitchen-type amenities. Private bath with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The outside space features a large deck, a hot tub, and a patio by the pond with seating and a fire pit.

There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Nestle in this guest suite apartment located in the small town of Elk Park. Enjoy sightseeing, hiking, skiing, antique shops & more! Our nest is small so we have a 2 pet limit and they must be pre-approved. There is a $30 pet fee so select “traveling with pets” when booking. The pet fee must be paid at booking to avoid a $150 service fee. No smoking, no partying, no events (see house rules). Parking for one vehicle only, parallel at the entrance gate.
