This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. ATTENTION RENTERS! The public beach access closest to us is closed. You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

The cleaning fee ($195) covers a professional cleaning before each check in. The linen fee ($130) provides fresh linens for the beds, bath/hand towels, wash clothes and bath mats.

Welcome to "Marooned Five". We enjoy sharing our home so others can experience the beauty and magic of Bald Head Island. Our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen (renovated March 2024 and 2022!) & a spacious loft for the kids. Located in Royal James Landing, a private pool and picnic area are available for use just a few steps away. There are 6 bikes (4 adult/ 2 child) & 2 4-person golf carts. Guest memberships for the BHI Club are available for an additional fee.

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.

Flighted Desire is not only a place to relish in the raw beauty of the ocean and to make lifelong memories with family and friends, but your time at this Air BnB gives back to the community too! A portion of the proceeds is given to a local bird rescue group,"Skywatch Bird Rescue," located North of Carolina Beach in Castle Hayne. Volunteers, to include your host, take injured birds to facility to be rehabilitated and released back to the wild.
