Welcome to La Joyita, our beautifully crafted, private cabin, steps away from an often deserted beach on the shores of stunning Drake Bay. La Joyita boasts a fully equipped kitchen, hot water throughout, and excellent, high-speed wifi (Starlink). A west-facing, covered porch is the perfect place to chill in the hammocks and catch the magnificent sunsets. Encanto Eco Lodge es una casa de vacaciones recientemente renovada en Sierpe, donde los huéspedes pueden aprovechar al máximo sus instalaciones para deportes acuáticos y su baño al aire libre. Todos los alojamientos disponen de terraza con vistas a la montaña, TV de pantalla plana por cable, zona de comedor, cocina bien equipada y baño privado con bañera o ducha y artículos de aseo gratuitos. El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Bahía Drake, situado a 21 km del Encanto Eco Lodge.

Los Monitos (Photographer's paradise)

Amazing piece of paradise 25 acres, abundant wildlife can be observed. Fully equipped house with external corridor. The property comprises an oil palm plantation, secondary forest. and an exterior corridor that overlooks a 260 feet long pond, with a small dock to take pictures of turtles, birds, monkeys and caimans. Late afternoons are filled with monos titi/squirrel monkeys (Saimiri oerstedii citrinellus) and garzas blancas/white and grey herons that come to the pond.

Cabaña Tapir

Encanto Lodge consists of several cabañas at a unique location where you can find all in one: Jungle, river and beach! Beside a trail in the jungle, our guests can take our kayaks and canoes to reconnect with nature and discover the local wildlife on the river, lagoon and a pristine beach. Our guests have the opportunity to enjoy amazing sunsets from our restaurant or the beach in front of Encanto Lodge. This specific cabaña is called Tapir and has ocean view.

We are located next to our Restaurant Casa El Tortugo, Drake´s Kitchen in Drake Bay. The common area have ocean view and Internet, the rooms don´t have ocean view. The room have availability for three people. We are 5 minuts walk from the beach and 10 minuts walk from town. If you want to do some tours (Caño Islad and Corcovado National Park) we can help you making the reservations for you. Come and rest in this cozy accommodation.

Drake Bay Jungle Experience

Enjoy the sounds of the jungle when you stay in the most remote place left in Costa Rica! Over three acres in size and mostly shaded around the creek area with a tall canopy of tropical trees above you. Use our large tent or bring your own. Campers, vans and the like are also welcome. DRY camping. NO WATER, other than the creek, which you may utilize. NO electricity, but coming soon! NO, bathrooms. Camp at your own risk

Wildlife and ocean view!

Ideal place for resting not only your body, also your mind and soul! Fly with your thoughts over the canopy all the way down to the ocean while monkeys, macaws and birds hang around you! Bungalow is located 72 meters above sea level, some stairs to climb! Provided with a little kitchenette, be careful!! If you gets immersed on the view and quietness, you may burned everything! 😅
