Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend an Autobahn und die Bahn angebunden. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen rund um die Hauptstadt, genießt aber die Ruhe und das Grün des Landlebens. Gastronomie befindet sich fußläufig im Ort. Bestens geeignet für Familien, Geschäftsreisende, Paare & Langzeitaufenthalte.

Unterkunft: ein kleines Holzhaus (8qm) auf Rädern auf unserer idyllischen Biohof-Wiese im besonders schönen Naturparkdorf Ihlow (Naturpark Märkische Schweiz 50 km von Berlin-Mitte!), separat gelegen, auf zwei Seiten verglast, schöne Aussicht, Toilette & Dusche 50m entfernt, Hofcafé direkt auf dem Hof (von Mai bis Oktober saisonal!), Frühstück & Abendessen individuell auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten! Sauna im Schloss Reichenow (3km). Bitte dort direkt selbst anmelden (15€ p.P.)!

This penthouse-apartment (2015) is located n the well-liked and central district of Friedrichshain. The 3 rooms are bright and very well equipped.Enjoy the wonderful view from the roof deck, which provides places to relax and to lounge in the sun.The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. A special highlight is the Finnish sauna in the apartment. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is only 200m away from the flat. A shopping center is nearby. Garage for free.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

120qm2 Penthouse/Dachgeschosswohnung+Sauna+Kamin

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Das Ferienappartement befindet sich in einem 2017 neu erbauten Haus mit separatem Zugang ins 1. OG. Es ist ein kontaktloser Aufenthalt mit check in über Schlüsselbox möglich. Gern begrüßen wir unsere Gäste aber selbst. Die Unterkunft ist nur für 2 Personen und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Abweichungen von der eingestellten Mindestaufenthaltsdauer können über eine Anfrage vereinbart werden. Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei.
