Cozy 1700's farmhouse comfortably sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms, with an additional kids room that has a fold-out double futon and loft with one double air-mattress, perfect for children's sleeping bags. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. Dogs welcome! The house is next to Norbrook Farm Brewery, which you can walk to.

Pool ltable. Large in ground pool, 4 lounge chairs, fire pit and dining table. Pool and gated backyard is exclusive to guests. We include netflix, hulu and hbo max. HEATED POOL IS OPENED IN MAY AND CLOSED LATE SEPTEMBER. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning. The pool is exclusive to guest.

Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.

Enjoy our peaceful (pet friendly) home, just a short drive to the center of Norfolk. Great for friends and/or family visits. Board games, puzzles and books inside for all; fire pit outside. Front & side decks, are perfect for relaxing. Access great cafes, shops & cultural delights in Norfolk. The nearby Ellen Battell Stoeckel Estate hosts Yale's Summer Chamber Music Concert series. What I’ve always thought of as the perfect location! Private enough to see trees and birds and yet close enough to jump on the highway to anywhere. Conveniently located on a dead end street with no through traffic. On your way out take a left and head towards farm and eateries or take a right and head to the city of Hartford or Springfield. Just minutes from Bradley International Airport

This wonderful old building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and operated as the District 9 schoolhouse until 1948. Now, this beautiful piece of history is available for you to enjoy!
