Located on one of the Seven Bends of the Shenandoah River, the Bird’s Nest is a brand new, custom built 800 square foot cabin featuring an open loft with king bed and skylights, steam shower, heated bathroom floor, and gas fireplace. Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Being right on the Savannah River, there is no other place to be in Downtown Augusta. If you do want to explore the area, you are right in the heart of the Downtown with various activities always happening, be it the restaurant and bar scene, local art museums, the weekly farmers market(seasonal), multiple opportunities to exercise. There is always something going on.

There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, closet, and sitting area As this loft is above a few other lofts, we ask that guests do not have extra people over, as it bothers the tenants and guests underneath this loft, and that they remove shoes in the loft Accessible only by one set of stairs.
