A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Our cabin is a studio with a hot tub & all the amenities. A queen bed, linens, towels, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, single burner cook plate, dishes, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, toaster & coffee maker. Roku Tv & dvd player w/movies. The cabin has both an inside & outside (summer)shower. We have a privacy fence between our home & cabin. In the back yard you will find hot tub, firepit & screen house. Enjoy your stay!

Walking distance to town including deli, pizza place, grocery store, local pub and of course fishing on the AuSable River. Short drive to tons of hiking, boating, mountain biking and skiing and all that the Adirondacks has to offer.
