Our Safari Tent has one queen-size bed and one toddler bed with pillow-top mattress and quality sheets, pine furniture, fan, electric lights, and an automatic pellet wood stove. There is a large raised veranda with outdoor chairs and a private enclosure with a portable toilet and sink. Additional bathrooms and showers are nearby. Hot tubs under the stars is available for you to schedule your personal time. Please note, guests must walk a short distance uphill to reach the glamping tents.

With a King Bed, an ensuite bathroom with a hot water and a flush toilet, and a fabulous view, we are located in the heart of Downeast Maine. Deep in the woods and at the edge of the lake, you will feel like you are a million miles away yet we are just 10 miles from historic Ellsworth and another 18 miles from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. The perfect basecamp for exploring Acadia or connecting to nature.

A basic camp in the woods just off coastal route 1, only 15 minutes from Schoodic district of Acadia. The canvas wall tent has a queen bed, linens, and towels. There is a cooler, a camping shower with limited hot water, and power. Privy, firepit, double hammock, lights, a camping stove and very basic cooking implements. You WILL hear some highway noise, but the site offers more privacy than a campground. There are kayaks to explore Jones pond , a 10 minute walk down the trail.

Galaxy StarView: Off-grid Luxury Glamping Tent

Galaxy StarView is a pet-friendly, off-grid, private glamping tent with a queen bed and flip-out chair-bed for a third person. It is a 7-10 minute hike uphill from the main parking lot. We can help you with your luggage if you let us know in advance. Stargaze through the ceiling windows or close the roof curtain. Bedding, battery lanterns, towels provided. Coolers, ice packs, head lamps upon request. Open in summer and fall, with a tiny wood stove included during September.
