With approx. 2000sq ft of space, the building spans approx. 70ft with a 30ft living/dining/kitchen area. It is the perfect place for the ultimate stay. The accommodation is single story. There are 5 bedrooms: 4 bathrooms in total, Outside there is the hot tub, garden with apple enclosed decking and furniture. plenty of private parking and your own 100ft private lakeside frontage.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.
