The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The Harbor House is located in the heart of the Ashtabula Harbor and with a few steps you will be on Bridge Street. Our newly renovated house has 2 Bedrooms, a den (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience. Enjoy the charm of our century home built in 1884. Close to antique shops and downtown Geneva and ten minutes to Geneva-on-the-Lake and many local wineries. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck. The space offers a stocked kitchenette for light meals, full bathroom with a shower and a large bedroom/living area with an adjustable queen sized bed, internet, smart TV with HDMI cable. (No cable television).

Located 5 miles off Route 90 in beautiful Ashtabula Harbor. Fishermen welcome! Enough room for 2-3 fishing boats in the yard. You’ll wake up in the master to a view of Lake Erie, which is a short walk away. Our home is in direct line for the cool lake breeze, where you might enjoy an afternoon or evening sitting on the front porch swing.
